We offer Process Service within 175 miles of Amarillo. Standard and Rush Service is available throughout our service area. Same Day Service is available in Potter or Randall County and in Claude, Panhandle, Borger, Fritch, Dumas, Hereford or Pampa.

Standard Service
Our standard service includes:
- First attempt within 48 hours. We'll make the first attempt to serve within 48 hours from receipt. (Requests received after 4:00 pm Central Time, on weekends or holidays, will be considered received at 8:00 am on the following business day.)
- Three free attempts. We'll attempt service three times to the same address within Potter or Randall County without additional charge.
- Mileage within Potter or Randall County. Mileage for addresses in Potter or Randall County is included.
- eFile Return of Service. We eFile through efiletexas.gov and the filing fee is included in the cost.
- View status online. You can log into our client portal to check the current status anytime.
